A Look At The Newest Video Games

By Rachael Hansen

The video gaming marketplace is seemingly one of most bullish technological industries in the world and seems to illustrate no warnings for dipping. Each week another product comes onto the billboards and with new manners of getting points, running, navigating and even shooting. Sporting products and sharp shooting products still seem dominant in the gaming industry. Brands clamour to sell the newest video games.

It is an ever more competitive market. There are of course also many different consoles to choose from in what seems like an ever more crowded market place. But the big hitters in the market continue to spend million in advertising and in developing new technologies.

Because of this it is progressively more tough for new brands to seek a foothold in the video gaming industry. There is always speculation surrounding the future of the gaming industry. What types of game will be evident in future?

]It is hard to predict but it appears that a lot of money is now going into developing holographic and 3D technology. In the future the gamer will be capable of seeing the avatars in a product all around. They will be able to interact in a greater way than before.

At the moment, the front end technology is the console which allows the user to move around freely with a small sensor in their hands. This is instead of the traditional console which has a controller that requires the user to press buttons. It seems that more and more we are entering a virtual world with video gaming products.

In summary, a quick surf online will illustrate a vast volume of new games in the marketplace. Some see violent products as a very unhealthy way for young people to spend their time. They continue to be very popular games though, which gives the big brands a dilemma. Maybe sports games offer a more balanced option for the youth in particular. The industry will surely continue to grow very quickly.
